How do Q Parks work?
Q-Park has launched the new ‘Tap & Go’ parking system allowing customers to enter and exit the car park simply by using your contactless card. You no longer need to visit the pay station before you leave the car park, you simply “Tap and Go” at entry and exit with your contactless bank card.
How do you pay for Q parking?
When pre-booking, you pay online at the time of booking. If not pre-booking, you can pay at the pay machine using the methods available – this is shown on the tariff board and pay machines at the car park and on each car park page on the website. You can also use our contactless option, Tap & Go, when available.
How does Q-Park VIP work?
Q-Park VIP Parking is an addition to our pre-booking service. Pre-booking ensures you have a space in your chosen car park, even on our busiest days. VIP Parking offers our most convenient spaces at selected car parks, meaning you will be parking closer to the exits and pay points.

How do I cancel Q Park?
There is a link at the bottom of your pre-booking confirmation email that you can click on to cancel your reservation provided you are within the valid time frame.
Can you pay for parking with contactless?
With contactless methods, car park patrons can enjoy automated parking, and the transactions are quick and convenient. Users can hold a contactless card near the payment terminal to pay for parking. Smartphones and NFC-enabled devices are also promoting the use of contactless payments.

What is Flexi 60 Q-Park?
The Flexi60 Season Ticket is one of Q-Park’s monthly parking products and provides customers with 60 hours of quality parking per month. Any additional hours spent parking will be charged at the tariff rate and will be taken by direct debit. Any unused hours do not roll over to your next monthly parking period.
