Use a mass relay and choose that you want to travel to the Serpent Nebula. Once you’re in the Widow system click on the Citadel and confirm that you want to start docking procedures. Exploration of the Citadel starts in an area called [Citadel – Zakera ward].
How do I access Arrival DLC?
Arrival is one of Mass Effect 2’s DLC missions. You get the call for the Arrival mission on the Normandy if you check your personal terminal after you clear Horizon. How do I activate Mass Effect 2 DLC?
I got it working by following these steps:
- Download the DLC installers from Bioware’s Mass Effect 2 page. (I didn’t need to do this as I have all the installers backed up on a separate disk.)
- Running Mass Effect 2 once via Steam.
- Dragging the DLC installers to the Mass Effect 2 folder.
- Installing the wanted DLC.
Do I have to do the Arrival DLC?
As far as I’ve noticed in LotSB, it is only a few varying dialogue. But you must absolutely play Arrival DLC after completing the Suicide Mission because other-wise you get a hologram of the Harbinger-controlled Collector General and not the actual Reaper Harbinger.
Where do I find Thames son?
As Thane mentioned, his son Kolyat is on the Citadel. If you don’t have the Kasumi DLC and didn’t catch up with Anderson, there’s a good chance that you haven’t actually visited here yet! It’ll be in the South-West portion of the Milky Way, just a bit North of the Krogan DMZ.
